Step one: Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Then prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick cooking spray.

Step two: Next stir together the pancake mix, chocolate chips, whipping cream, just 3 tablespoons of sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a dough has formed.

  1. I would like to make this recipe but wondered what brand of pancake mix you used? Would Bisquick or your homemade pancake mix work?

Also this is my 3rd attempt to post a comment. The other two never showed up so I hope 3rd time is the charm.

    1. I use generic brand Bisquick all the time! Or my homemade pancake mix would work as well! Glad you could get the post to come through!

  2. These sound yummy! What brand/type of pancake mix did you use? Would bisquick work? Or your homemade pancake mix? Trying not to go to grocery store if I can use something I already have.
