How to make Chocolate Walnut Cookies:

Step one: Get started by whisking together flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Once combined set aside.

Step two: Next use a stand mixer or electric mixer beat softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Once well-combined add in eggs one at a time then the vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients and mix until well-combined.

Step three: Fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Place dough in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.

    • Tip: Don't skip chilling your dough. This will help them to hold their shape.

Step four: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out into 1 inch balls and place them on your baking sheet.

Step five: Bake for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool on pan for several minutes then serve.
