Last night Max and I worked on a Valentines Day card for his Great Granny. Max loves to color, and was pretty excited about doing some crafting. A boy after my own heart!
Since Great Granny lives so far away I though that sending a hug would make a perfect Valentines Day card! The card is so easy to make, I’ll share what I did incase you all are slackers like myself and have not yet got your Valentines done
First trace both hands. If you are tracing the hands of a two year old who doesn’t want to leave his hand still, well then you may end up with a messed up hand like I did!
(p.s when did my baby get so big! He looks to grown up in these pictures!)
Measure with your ribbon from one hand to the other so your hug can be actual size!
Glue your ribbon or string to each hand!
Ta-da a hug!
I had Max color a little card also! Just took come more construction paper and folded it in half.
You can put your hug in any card you have!
Sending a hug your way on Valentines Day!
Its so easy but so sweet! I love that Great Granny will be able to get a great big hug from Max even from far away!
Have you all got your Valentines done already?
I still need to shop for Chad!
