How to make Foil Cheesy Ranch Potatoes:
When you are ready to dig into this recipe you want to start by washing and dicing potatoes.
Place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle and toss in olive oil until coated.
Add ranch seasoning, bacon, and ¾ cup cheese.
Toss again until potatoes are coated.
Add potatoes to 4 foil squares. Top each with remaining cheese.
Lift foil on each side to meet and cover potatoes then seal the edges.
Two ways to cook these Foil Cheesy Ranch Potatoes:
You can make these Foil Cheesy Ranch Potatoes in the oven or on the grill. I have tried them post ways and love them both the same. Once your potatoes are prepped and sealed you can bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes or add them to the grill for the same amount of time.

Great recipe! Next time though, I will spray foil with cooking spray before adding potato mixture. The potatoes and cheese tend to get stuck to the aluminum foil otherwise.
Could this recipe be multiplied and cooked over the grill in a foil pan?
