Prepare ahead of time for a quick breakfast in the morning. These easy Homemade Freezer Burritos are easy to make freeze, and reheat! They are hearty, and filled with all your favorite breakfast items!

I love breakfast food but I love sleep even more! Which is why making breakfast ahead of time is the best of both worlds. I just have to reheat these in the morning and I can sleep in just a little longer.

How to make Homemade Freezer Burritos:

Cook and crumble breakfast sausage. Drain fat and set aside. Scrambled eggs until fully cooked. Add sausage back to the skillet with cheese.

Cook together on low until cheese melted. Fill your tortillas with your egg mixture in a line down the center. Roll tortillas. to seal.

Place your breakfast burrito back onto a warmed skillet on low heat and cook on each side until crispy. Set aside and allow to cool.

Once cooled wrap in foil and place in the freezer. Burritos can stay in the freezer for up to 3 months.

    Reheating Homemade Freezer Burritos:

To reheat remove foil and wrap your burrito in a paper towel. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until warm throughout.
