This Hula Chicken is a simple chicken marinade made with pineapple juice and brown sugar. The perfect flavors and one of my family's favorite dinners.

    Hula Chicken with green onions

I love this simple recipe. Easy Hula Chicken baked in a sweet tangy sauce. You can serve as a whole or shred it in the sauce. We usually serve this chicken with rice for a complete meal.

    How to make Hula Chicken:

Step one: Get started preparing your marinade. Whisk together your pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground ginger.

Step two: Place chicken breast into a large baggie and pour in the sauce. For best results marinate in the fridge overnight.

    • Tip: Marinading your chicken overnight is not necessary but it is recommended.
