My boys love to play in sensory bins! I have made several sensory bins for the boys but the fall ones are of course my favorites. This week we made an Oatmeal Fall Sensory Bin.
This Oatmeal Fall Sensory Bin was so easy to put together and I got everything I need for it at the dollar store.
I love doing sensory boxes because it allows the kits to feel, touch, and play with things they usually wouldn’t. Making a mess and discovering can be a really good thing!
Since I wasn’t in the mood to vacuums up dry oatmeal from my carpet we decided to take our Oatmeal Fall Sensory Bin outside and had fun making a mess!
What You Need:
– Dry Oatmeal
– Fake leaves, pumpkins, and gourds
– Toy tractor
The How to:
Mix a teaspoon of cinnamon into your dry oatmeal. Place in a plastic bin.
Add toy tractors, fake leaves, pumpkins, and gourds.
Have fun! We beard our leaves in the oatmeal and dug them out with the tractor and of course dumped oatmeal everywhere!
My boys had so much fun. Take the bin outside and let the kids make a mess!
