Baked Pork Chops:

These Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops are inspired by my recipe for parmesan crusted chicken. My family loved it so much I thought I would try out the recipe with another type od meat to give it a new taste.

They came out perfectly and taste amazing. It’s a recipe my family keep asking for me to make again.

How to make Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops:

Step one: Start by slightly pounding pork to flatten. Then you can preheat your oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Step two: Next it’s time to bread the pork chops. Get your breading mixtures ready by mixing together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes then place in a shallow bowl. Whisked together eggs in a separate shallow bowl. In the last shallow bowl whisk together flour, salt, and pepper.

pork going into the flour, egg, and crumbs.

Step three: When all three bowls are ready place your pork in the flour first, then into the eggs allow the extra to drip off, and last the bread crumbs and cheese. Place prepared pork on your baking sheet and repeat until all pork is coated.

Step four: Spray pork chops heavily with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until pork is cooked through and at a safe temperature.

  • Tip: I find that spraying with an oil based nonstick cooking spray always helps the bread to not come out dry. You could also brush oil over your chicken.
