Love this casserole and it's so easy to make with a rotisserie chicken. I made this and my husband loved it too. I thought we might get three or four meals out of it but only got two.

So glad you enjoyed this!

I tried this recipe and it really has no flavor. The Ritz Crackers are crunchy outside of that this recipe is not very good. It underwhelms and lacks no good flavor that brings you back. At best it is boring but does give one a good base to improve this dish.

I make this at least twice a month for my hubby...But I add blanced broccoli on top of the chicken mixture & add alittle mild cheddar cheese on top of broccoli then top with the Ritz crackers & butter ...So delicious 😋 🤤

The recipe is wonderful as is . The second time I made it I used Campbell’s Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup , rotisserie chicken and added steamed broccoli. It was very good! I used steamed broccoli because mom recently had dental surgery so I was looking to add a soft veggie for her. Next time I’ll add fresh .

Judy,
Would I need to add more ingredients if I added one can of homestyle Veg-All to the Casserole? If so what and how much please? Would the time change with adding this to the Casserole?
I can't wait to make this for my family Friday night!
Sincerely,
LaDonna

You wouldn't need to add anything else to the recipe, if you added the Veg-All. It shouldn't change the cooking time either. Let me know how it turns out!

This was so yummy!! I brought to my family’s annual New Year’s Day celebration and it was completely gone! I added a can of drained chopped water chestnuts and it gave a great crunchy taste! Thank you for the recipe!

Great HIT WITH THE FAMILY....VERY Easy!!!!

Delicious old fashion casserole. I used a rotisserie chicken, added a small can of diced chiles and did a little sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning on top.

Add broccoli. It's so amazing. If you don't like broccoli add green beans anything veggie will do. Brings it to a whole new level

Hi. Broccoli sounds like a great addition. Did u cook it first before cooking in casserole?
Diane
Did you cook your broccoli first?

I love this recipe. I didn’t have sour cream on hand. I used French Onion Dip. It was good with the dip. 😍

I was asked for this recipe several times after I shared it at potluck dinners. Thank you!
