These Roasted Maple Carrots just take 4 simple ingredients to make. It's such an easy side dish recipe that the family will love.

Roasted Maple Carrots on a sheet pan

I love a simple side dish recipe. These Roasted Maple Carrots are tossed with sweet syrup and baked.

How to make Roasted Maple Carrots:

Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F. Then prepare your baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.

    • Tip: This recipe can get sticky during the baking process so I find parchment paper is the best for easy cleanup.

Step two: Then place carrots in a mixing bowl. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and maple syrup. Add to carrots and toss to coat.

Step three: Last bake your carrots for 50-60 minutes or until they are cooked through and tender.
