Nothing is better than a slow cooker meal that the entire family loves. This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is so simple to make and taste amazing.
Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini
I love slow cooker meals! They just make life so much better. Nothing is better than tossing food in the slow cooker during nap time and having it ready for dinner when mama is about done with the day. This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini is pretty simple. The only other thing you will need to do is add in the frozen tortellini and then let it cook for about 15 more minutes. I served mine with fresh parsley to make a pretty picture but I defiantly picked it off before I let my kids see it on their plate 😉
How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo Tortellini:
Step one: Add your chicken to the slow cooker. I used two large boneless and skinless chicken breast.
Step two: Mix together Alfredo sauce with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step three: Cook this on low until chicken is cooked through. Once your chicken is cooked and tender then shred it.
Step four: Add broth and frozen tortellini to the slow cooker with the cooked and shredded chicken.
Step five: Allow to cook for an additional 15 minutes or until tortellini is cooked. Add more broth as needed.
Because Alfredo is kinda the best thing in the world here are a few more recipes for you:
