This breakfast is one of my kids favorite. These Strawberry Stuffed French Toast Roll-Ups are so simple to make and one that the entire family will enjoy.

    Strawberry Stuffed French Toast Roll-Ups

I love this recipe! It's so simple to make and one that my kids love to eat them! If you know me then you know how much I love my sleep and as a mom how little I get of it.

Breakfast somedays are cereal or milk but the mornings I can I love making them a hot breakfast. This recipe is made with soft sandwich bread and stuffed with fresh strawberries. You can add cream cheese, blueberries, or even sausage links.

How to make Strawberry Stuffed French Toast Roll-Ups:

Step one: Start by taking the crust off bread and use a rolling pin to flatten out each piece then set aside.

Step two: Use a shallow bowl whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla then set aside.

Step three: Next warm your skillet on medium and spray with non-stick spray.

Step four: Line the edge of the bread with strawberries. Roll and seal bread. Gently roll in the egg mixture and let any excess runoff. Place in the warm skillet with the seal down. Allow cooking for a few minutes turning to get each side cooked.

Step five: Last you want to mix together and then place cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Roll cooked french toast rolls in the sugar mix. When they are ready serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
