Taco Roll-Ups on a serving board

I’ve always been a taco fan! Every year my mom would make us a special birthday meal and ever since I can remember I have been asking for tacos. It’s still one of my favorite meals and this week we put a fun twist on it. My kids who wouldn’t usually eat tacos but taco roll-ups they loved!

How to make Taco Roll-Ups:

Step one: Get started by preheating your oven to 375 degrees and then prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Step two: Next cook and crumble your ground beef and then drain fat. Now add in your cream cheese and salsa and cook on low/medium until cream cheese is melted. Next season with taco seasoning.

Step three: Lay out crescent rolls on a baking sheet and add a spoon full of taco meat. Roll up each roll once full.

Step four: Top your taco roll ups with shredded cheese.

Step five: Last just bake. I baked mine for 9-12 minutes. Then I served them topped with cilantro and with sour cream for dipping.

  • Tip: Check the time on your cresnt rolls and bake accoring to those directions. Time and temperute can vary with each brand.
