Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. 

  2. Use a hand or stand mixer to cream together sugar and butter. When well combined add eggs one at a time.

  3. Add your bananas, vanilla, and milk and continue to mix well together.

  4. In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Then slowing add this to your wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Spoon into your prepared mini muffin tin and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.
