Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Stew beef (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 pound Potatoes (cubed)
  • 3 ribs Celery (diced)
  • 1 pound Baby carrots
  • 2 1/2 cups Beef broth 1
  • 1 package Brown Gravy mix (0.87 oz)
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Coat your beef with the flour and then place in slow cooker.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook covered for 6-8 hours on low.

  4. I served mine with warm corn bread muffins!
