Taco Roll-Ups

I want to share with you a fun way to do family taco night, Taco Roll-Ups! This recipe is loved by my entire family and one of my favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons fiesta blend cheese
  • 16 rolls Crescent Rolls (2 packages)
  • Optional: Sour cream or salsa food dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.

  2. Cook and crumble ground beef then drain fat. Add in cream cheese and salsa and cook until cream cheese is melted. Next season with taco seasoning.

  3. Lay out crescent rolls on a baking sheet and add a spoon full of taco meat. Roll up your cresent rolls.

  4. Top your taco roll ups with shredded cheese.

  5. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
