Ingredients

  • 15 oz black beans (canned)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse beans. Add beans to a blender. Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until you get the desired
  2. Serve with veggies or tortilla chips!

    Optional: I garnished mine with dried red pepper flacks.
