Ingredients

  • 2 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 pounds Pork roast (boneless)
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 4 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 juiced Limes
  • 2 juiced Oranges
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add pork shoulder with taco seasoning to your slow cooker. Add in red onion, minced garlic, then squeeze the juice from your limes and oranges on top.

  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is fully cooked and easily pulled apart.

  3. Use two forks to gently pull apart your pork. Add fresh cilantro to your shredded pork and mix in.
  4. Serve in a hard or soft tortilla shell with all your favorite taco toppings.
