Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

These Pork Tacos are full of flavor and cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 pounds Pork roast (boneless)
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 4 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 juiced Limes
  • 2 juiced Oranges
  • ½ cup Cilantro (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add pork shoulder with taco seasoning to your slow cooker. Add in red onion, minced garlic, then squeeze the juice from your limes and oranges on top.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is fully cooked and easily pulled apart.
  • Use two forks to gently pull apart your pork. Add fresh cilantro to your shredded pork and mix in.
  • Serve in a hard or soft tortilla shell with all your favorite taco toppings.
