Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon2 pickle relish
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 buns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium/high.
  • In a mixing bowl combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. When just combined (don't over mix) then form patties. Place your patties right on the grill or cover and place in the fridge until you are ready to grill.
  • Cook your burgers 5-8 minutes turning once during that time. Add your cheese about 1 minute before done.
  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish.
  • When burgers are done add them to buns with your favorite burger toppings and your homemade burger sauce.

Notes

  • Tip: Cold patties will cook better on the grill without falling apart.
