Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 whole bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 whole onion (diced)
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 oz fajita seasoning
  • 5 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
  • Optional for topping: tortilla chips sour cream, and shredded cheese.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Allow to cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Use a fork to shred chicken. Serve and enjoy!
  • Optional: top with tortilla chips, sour cream, or shredded cheese.
