Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  

  • Pineapple juice ¾ cup
  • Soy sauce ¼ cup
  • Chicken diced, 3 boneless skinless breast
  • Green bell peppers 2
  • Red onion diced, 1 large
  • Pineapple cubed, 1 whole
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Kabob stickes 9-10

Instructions
 

  • Mix pineapple juice and soy sauce together in a bowl . Stick diced chicken in juice and allow to marinate. Dice veggies and pineapple while your chicken marinates.
  • Assemble your kebabs and preheat your grill to 400 degrees.
  • Drizzle olive oil on kabobs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow to cook for 5 minutes at a time and turn. Keep dong this until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!
