Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 12 Texas toast (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar.
  2. Heat butter on a skillet or griddle.
  3. Dip each side of bread into your egg mix. Place bread on your skillet or griddle on medium/low and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve warm with syrup, butter, and whipped cream.
