  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley (dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Place chicken breast in a large baggie. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour into bag with chicken. Seal and massage chicken until coated with the marinade. Place in the fridge overnight or cook immediately

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken in a dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

  3. Once cooked allow to rest for 5 minutes then serve.

Cooking Time Tip:

Time may vary depending in the size of your chicken breast. For small chicken breast check the temperature around 20 minutes. Chicken should be over 165 degrees F before eating.
