Ingredients

  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch seasoning (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray and set side.

  2. Toss carrots in oil until evenly coated and then ranch seasoning tossing to coat again.
  3. Lay out seasoned carrots on prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes turning half way though. Carrots will be tender when cooked through.
