Ingredients

  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch seasoning (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set side.

  2. Toss carrots in oil until evenly coated. Then toss in the ranch seasoning.

  3. Lay out seasoned carrots on prepared baking sheet on a single layer and bake for 30 minutes turning halfway through. Carrots will be tender when cooked through.
