Prepare your rice to the package directions and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a skillet cook and crumble ground turkey.
To your skillet add in crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add more seasoning to taste. Allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes on low then add in rice and mix together well.
Cut bell peppers and place in a baking dish. Spoon in ground turkey and rice mixture into each bell pepper then sprinkle on shredded cheese.
