Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 2 cups Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Onion (diced)
  • 1 oz Fajita seasoning
  • 12 Slider buns
  • 6 Pepper Jack Sliced Cheese (1/2 slice for each slider)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breast, bell peppers, onions, and fajita seasoning to your slow cooker. Cook on high 3-4 hours or in low 7-8 hours. Until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Use a fork to shred chicken.
  2. Add chicken fajitas to slider buns and top with cheese. Bake in the oven 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
