  • 15 oz Pumpkin puree
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 3/4 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare a muffin tin with no stick cooking spray or with cupcake liners then set aside. 

  2. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, and milk to a large bowl or a stand mixer and mix until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Add these dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until well combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chip. Then add batter to your prepared muffin tin. 

  5. Bake for 22-23 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to cook for 5 minutes in pan then remove.
