Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups Powdered sugar

Chocolate Fudge Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 7 oz Sweetened condensed milk

  1. Add butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl to prepare the peanut butter layer. Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Stir until well combined and smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Place in a prepared casserole dish (I lined my dish with parchment paper for easy removal). Place in the fridge while you prepare your chocolate fudge.

  3. Combine chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk for the chocolate layer in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring and place into back into the microwave until fully melted. Remove dish from the fridge and pour on the chocolate layer.

  4. Allow chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once chilled Cut into bite-size squares and serve.
