Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 

    Grill: To grill place the grill on medium heat

  2. Slice potatoes into bite-size pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl add olive oil and mix in Italian seasoning, garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour this over your potatoes and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Place foil on a baking sheet and place potatoes on foil. Fold up all sides of foil and to form a pouch and cover potatoes as much as possible.
  4. Oven: Bake for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.

    Grill: Place on the grill for 30-40 minutes turning ever 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
