- 4 breast Chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breast in a foil-lined pan and pour above mixed marinade on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
