  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 3 large bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (sliced)
  • 15 oz petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 oz fajita seasoning


  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker then mix. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7. Once cooked through shred chicken and mix all ingredients together well. 

  2. Serve with flour tortillas, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
