Baked Meatballs

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Marinara sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined, but do not over mix.
  3. Form balls and place it on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of you form your meatballs.
