Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 3/4 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbed)
  • 1/2 medium Onion (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste ((to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 Buns
  • Optional: Pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by browning your ground beef in a large skillet. Cook until beef has cooked through, drain fat, and return to stove top.
  2. Add bacon, onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook together for 3-4 minutes then add in beef broth an cornstarch. Allow to cook while you stir until it has thickened.
  3. Last add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
  4. Serve on buns and topped with pickles!
