- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Grated parmesan
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
- 1 ½ Shredded cheddar (divided)
- 2 cups Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups Frozen spinach (thawed)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray and set aside.
Mix al ingredients together (only 1 cup shredded cheddar) well. Add to your prepared casserole dish tip and top with remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Ready to serve?
Try serving it with with crust bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
Can I make this dip in my slow cooker?
Yes, you definitely can make this in the slow cooker as well. You know I love to use my crockpot, so here is how you would do this dip in it.
Step One - Mix all your ingredients in the slow cooker. You don't even have to use a mixing bowl!
Step Two - Cook on high for about 2 hours. About 15 minutes before being finished and serving add the other half of the cheddar cheese to the top to melt.
