  • 10 oz Rotel (drained)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (minced)

Instructions

  1. Mix together sour cream, taco seasoning, Rotel, and 1 1/2 cup cheese. Serve topped with remaining cheese and cilantro.
