Instructions
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl add remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shredded chicken and eat as is or serve over rice.
