  • 2 pounds chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Optional: garnish with green onion


  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl add remaining ingredients and whisk. Pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 or until chicken is cooked through and tender.

  3. Shredded chicken and eat as is or serve over rice.

    Optional: garnish with green onion.
