  • 1 pound Chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then pour in chicken broth.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. I used thawed chicken, add more time for frozen chicken.
  3. Use two forks to shred. Add to dishes or allow to cool and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
