My reader's favorite soup recipe is now made in the slow cooker. This Slow Cooker Taco Soup is simple to make and a favorite all around. Filled then topped with all your taco favorites.
optional for topping: sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro.
Instructions
Cook and crumble ground beef. Drain fat and place in a slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for 4-5 hours to on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm topped with your favorite taco toppings.
