Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 15 oz Corn
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • 2 cans Green chilies (small cans or to taste)
  • 15 oz Black beans
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups Beef broth

optional for topping: sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro.

Instructions

  1. Cook and crumble ground beef. Drain fat and place in a slow cooker. 

  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for 4-5 hours to on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm topped with your favorite taco toppings.
