Foil Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

The best summer side dish. Make these Foil Cheesy Ranch Potatoes in the oven, on the grill, and even over the campfire.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Red potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch dry seasoning
  • 1 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and diced potatoes. Place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle and toss in olive oil until coated. Add ranch seasoning, bacon, and ¾ cup cheese. Toss again until potatoes are coated. 
  • Add potatoes to 4 foil squares. Top each with remaining cheese. Lift foil on each side to meet and cover potatoes then seal the edges. 

Grill:

  • Grill on medium heat for 30-35 minutes turning half way through. 

Oven:

  • Place foil packs on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
