Place chicken, potatoes, and green beans in the slow cooker. Add seasoning and chicken broth. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.
When cooked remove chicken and veggies from the slow cooker and plate. Cover to keep warm. Add cornstarch and whipped cream cheese to the slow cooker and whisk with broth in slow cooker until smooth. Allow to sot for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Serve with creamy lemon sauce over food and garnish with a fresh lemon.
