  • 1 box Pie crust (2 crust in a box)
  • 4 cups Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

Crumble Topping:

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray or liners.

  2. Roll our crust and cut out circles. Place and gently press into muffin tin.

  3. In a mixing bowl toss together apples, lemon juice, sugars, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until apples are coated. Fill each mini pie with this apple filling (leave any juice from apples in the bottom of the bowl and not in pies to keep from getting a soggy crust)

  4. In a separate mixing bowl use a fork to combine all topping ingredients until the mixture is well combined and crumbly. Sprinkle onto each pie.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let sit in the pan for 5 minutes then move to a cooling rack.
