Pancakes:
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
- ½ cup Fresh blueberries
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. In a separate bowl beat egg then add milk and melted butter. Now mix together wet and dry ingredients.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter. When your pan is at a heated up pour a small amount of batter, about ¼ cup.
When you see bubbles forming on your pancake it's ready to be flipped! Drop in a few blueberries then flip. Cook each side until cooked through. Serve with maple syrup to make your own blueberry syrup
Blueberry Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- ½ cup Maple Syrup (optional)
How to make Blueberry Syrup:

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan on medium heat. Reduce heat and allow your syrup to simmer for 10-15 minutes until it has started to thicken stirring it often.

Pour this over the pancakes and enjoy.
