Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries

Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Pancakes:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. In a separate bowl beat egg then add milk and melted butter. Now mix together wet and dry ingredients.

  2. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter. When your pan is at a heated up pour a small amount of batter, about 1/4 cup. 

  3. When you see bubbles forming on your pancake it's ready to be flipped! Drop in a few blueberries then flip. Cook each side until cooked through.

Blueberry Syrup

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan on medium heat. Reduce heat and allow your syrup to simmer for 10-15 minutes until it has started to thicken stirring it often. 

  2. Pour this over pancakes and enjoy.
