The best pancake recipe. Made with fresh blueberries and served with homemade blueberry syrup.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. In a separate bowl beat egg then add milk and melted butter. Now mix together wet and dry ingredients.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter. When your pan is at a heated up pour a small amount of batter, about 1/4 cup.
When you see bubbles forming on your pancake it's ready to be flipped! Drop in a few blueberries then flip. Cook each side until cooked through.
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan on medium heat. Reduce heat and allow your syrup to simmer for 10-15 minutes until it has started to thicken stirring it often.
Pour this over pancakes and enjoy.
