  • 3 cups Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 cups Instant rice
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz Cheese whiz
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 oz Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Taco blend cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro (optional for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and set it aside. 

  2. To your casserole dish add your chicken, rice (uncooked), cream of chicken soup, cheese whiz, salsa, taco seasoning, and water. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. 

  3. Top mixed casserole with shredded cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
