Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 cups Instant rice
  • 10.5 oz Cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz Cheese whiz
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 oz Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Taco blend cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and set it aside. 
  • To your casserole dish add your chicken, rice (uncooked), cream of chicken soup, cheese whiz, salsa, taco seasoning, and water. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. 
  • Top mixed casserole with shredded cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
