  • 12 mini graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 oz strawberry jello
  • 4 cups diced strawberries


  1. To a saucepan add in water, sugar, and cornstarch. Whisk together and bring to a boil. 

  2. Add jello to boiling water and whisk together until well combined and dissolved. 

  3. Add diced strawberries to each mini pie then add in jello mix. Place pies into the fridge until jello is set. Serve and enjoy!
