Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, chili powder, and paprika. Rub ribs with this seasoning mix. Brush with bbq sauce. 

  2. Place ribs in the slow cooker with the fatty part touching the outside on the slow cooker. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until your pork is cooked through and tender.
