Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz cincinnati chili (any no bean chili will work)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Heat chili according to can directions. Meanwhile spread softened cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a pie pan (I used a 9" pie pan). 

  3. Top with chili and cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes to until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy.
