Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 16 oz salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook and crumble ground beef in a large deep skillet. Once fully cooked drain fat. 

  2. Add cubed Velveeta cheese and salsa to your ground beef and on low cook and stir until melted. 

  3. Once melted add to a large bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
