These Honey BBQ Chicken Tenders are baked in the oven and perfectly crispy. Topped with a simple BBQ sauce and then served with ranch dressing. The perfect comfort food.

Chicken Tenders:
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
Sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place flour in a shallow bowl then roll chicken tenders in it until coated.
Prepare two separate bowls. 1. Whisk together egg and milk 2. Mixed bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into the egg wash then into the seasoned bread crumbs and place in the prepared casserole dish. Repeat with all chicken tenders. Bake for 20-25 minutes flipping halfway through or until cooked through.
Meanwhile on the stove top heat BBQ sauce, ketchup, and honey and whisk over low heat.
When chicken is done brush them with warm sauce.
