- 18 oreo cookies (crushed)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Prepare an 8x8 pan with foil and allow hang over on both sides of the pan. Mix together crushed cookies with melted butter then place in the bottom of the prepared pan and press until the bottom of the pan is evenly coated.
With an electric mixer cream together cream cheese, vanilla extract, and creamy peanut butter. Once well combined and smooth add it to the top of the dish on top of the cookie crust.
In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Mix together well then pour over peanut butter cream cheese in pan and spread out until even. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove from fridge and use your foil hang over to remove from the pan and slice into bars.
