Start by slicing your pork loin. Place it in your slow cooker with your vegetable broth. Allow to cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 5-6 hours until your pork is cooked through. Once your pork loin is cooked, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut Hawaiian sweet rolls in half and place the bottom of the rolls in a casserole dish. In a separate dish, mix mayonnaise with ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Spread your mayonnaise onto the rolls in the casserole dish. Place cooked and sliced pork, cooked bacon, and swiss cheese on top then place the top half of the roll on the top.
Brush oil on top of your rolls and sprinkle on the remaining ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
